Fuel subject to a fuel surcharge when fuel prices exceeds

$3.25 per gallon for offroad fuel in Tuckerton, NJ.

CHARTER POLICIES

1. Sneakers or boat shoes only! " NONE MARING"
2. Alcohol is permitted but must be kept to a minimum. Any passenger found to be intoxicated will result in the trip to be terminated without refund.
3. Illegal drugs or narcotics are never permitted on board this vessel. This is also grounds for nonrefundable trip termination.
4. We reserve the right to refund any deposits given or arrange alternate trip dates due to weather or at the Captains discretion.
5. We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. Boat will sail at scheduled departure

DEPOSITS

A $100.00 deposit is required to hold any date. The balance must be paid in full before the boat leaves the dock. A full refund may be issued for a cancellation if the Captain is notified within 15 day of departure.
